Poster Presentation

  • All posters must be created in the “portrait” orientation (not “landscape”)
  • The size of poster should be A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm).
  • Mounting materials fitting to the boards (velcro tape or pins, etc.) will be provided.
  • All presenters have to finish setting up their posters before 13.00 on 18th June 2026. The poster can be removed after 14.00 on 19th June 2026
  • All presenters need to be at their own poster during the poster sessions. Please check the scheduling program to interact with judges and fellow participants

  • Speaking time: 15 minutes overall (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A)
  • File type: PowerPoint .pptx or .pdf
  • File name: Theme number_presenter’s_number_presenter’s name (ex. 1_001_Nutthanun)
  • Video format: .mp4
  • Slide size/Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • Font type: You may use any font, but please ensure it is easy to read. We recommend using one of the following: Arial, Aptos, Times New Roman, or Calibri. If you choose a font that is not commonly included in standard systems, please ensure the font is embedded in the file before submission.

    • On the day of the presentation

  • Upload time: 48 h before the session starts, at least 1-2 hours before the presentation time at the registration desk
  • Please go to the presentation room 10 minutes early.
  • A pointer will be provided for presenters.
  • All files loaded to the congress computers will be automatically deleted at the end of each day.
